RETURN WINDOW

 

  • Products must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery

 

CONDITION OF ITEMS

 

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

 

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 

  •  Certain items are non-returnable. These include:

          Intimate goods
          Gift cards

 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

 

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

 

  • Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchange items must also be returned within the 7-day return window.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

 

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange for a replacement or a refund. Please note that any inquiries made after the 7-day return window will be considered as acceptance of the product's condition.
